How many more industries have not got adequate infrastructure in order to carry out the job properly.
It’s a bit like a coastal town building warehouses to take ship’s cargo,.and not building a dock around them.
Ok that’s a crap example, but you know what I mean
When a port, town or actual.area rely on trucks as a vital part for their local economy, it should be a no brainer to realise they need to provide parking facilities as a must but fact is they do know that, it’s just that they don’t ■■■■ care.

tbh I do not think truck drivers should be drinking alcohol after a shift.
Yea, if they are having their weekly rest sure. But not if they are working in the morning. But that’s just me.
Can I ask why you think that?
Because I do not people should be drinking a pack of beer if they gotta drive in the morning.
I agree, a case of beer downed the night before work is out of order, but what is wrong with a can, or a pint with a meal, then sufficient rest after it until morning.
You are tarring with the same brush the sensible and the idiots.Maybe I should no longer take a couple of paracetamol when I have a headache, knowing that if I take the full bottle I’d end up topping myself.
Do what you want I don’t care.
It is interesting though. I’ve seen people arrested for the charge of being drunk while in control of a vehicle.
Usually people sleeping off an all nighter in a car.
I wonder if the same rules apply for truckers. I mean, they are technically still in charge of the truck right? Even if they are having their weekly rest/daily rest.
Why do you readily assume we all go out and get ■■■■■■■
I’m thinking dayman,.with stereotypical attitudes towards trampers, …sleeping in tin boxes, unpaid security guard and all that type of ■■■■■■■■…

Ok then…Let’s break that down.
You regularly (how regularly exactly? …once in a blue moon?/every night?) see ‘‘■■■■■■ up’’ truckers (how are they ■■■■■■ up in YOUR opinion?..staggering? , falling about?)
Through the week?.. if it’s ‘weekends’’ chances are foreigners weekended until Monday morning …, so just doing what I and many others did at weekends away…go for a few pints,.get a social life whilst away for weekend.
What exactly are they doing wrong if that is the case?
Sorry mate, I’m calling ‘■■■■■■■■’’ on all this.
They’re not ■■■■■■ up drivers, they’re designated decoys.
