This is not in reference to your missus citycat.Does anyone else think a fully grown adult looks a bit of a saddo wearing a football top (pro footballers excluded), be it club or country shirts. The cherry on top is seeing a middle aged bloke with a players name printed on the shirt too.
No offence taken Chris. In Holland they just wear anything that’s orange, mainly tee shirts to show their unity behind the national team.

It’s a real pity that displaying the St Georges flag is now associated with chavs etc.
In Holland where my wife is from, it’s the total opposite. The country is very patriotic and totally gets behind the national team when they play in the World Cup. For weeks now, the shops have been selling various items in Orange (the national colour), including houshold food items like biscuits, cakes, and ice cream. When Holland plays a match, all the various towns totally shut down as every one crowds around a tv wearing orange tee shirts, wigs, and the Dutch flag stamped on their cheeks. Virtually every house has a steel holster screwed to the outside where people plug in a proper flagpole displaying the national flag. The towns nearly all have a market square of some sort with bars situated around and the town councils erect giant screens so everyone (including children) can watch together. They have oompah bands playing to encourage the crowds, and everytime Holland scores, they start playing in celebration.
The main thing though, is that if Holland loses, they just shrug their shoulders and commiserate with each other. There is no throwing of chairs through bar or shop windows. Maybe in big cities like Rotterdam or Amsterdam you might get some hooliganism, but hardly ever in the general towns. From what I’ve seen myself anyway.
I really wish England still had that national patriotism, and people were not ashamed to display it publicly like the cloggies do.
Well, if we were half as good as the dutch, we might act the same but a nation can only take so much

It’s a bit Ginger Beer too. They’ve blown of £50 of benefit handouts too.

Its not just flying flags its the whole standard of behavior of people that has gone downhill , i went on holiday recently with my gf , and we went out for a meal in a spanish restaurant we made the effort to change and wear smart outfits , i wore my suit , and she wore a dress and nice jewellery , we sat dwn at the table and in walks in a lad and his gf straight off the beach him ■■■■■■■ just wearing trunks , that imo shows a lack of respect to the owner , not bothering to make the effort , the majority of customers were dressed in just shorts and t shirts , surely its not to much effort to go back to your hotel and get changed b4 you go out?
A suit on i bet you looked like that bloke off death in paradise
Its just called dressing for the occasion and making an effort , if you go out to a nice restaurant do you not dress up ? i like jeans tshirts and casual like most people , but i think its right to make an effort if your dining out in a decent restaurant , i dont think a lot of people make an effort nowadays , i guess its an individual choice , but everyone to there own , how much effort does it take to put on a suit nice shoes and cufflinks , like i said i guess its what you feel comfortable in , each to there own
never seen so much guff ,just cant stand all the fake injuries, & the nastiness of some of the real fouls, feet first into an opposing players shins ? whats that all about ?
The Motorist Centre in Witney has some offer on where you get free England crap with a purchase over a certain amount. Probably on poofy stuff like window tinting gear and car stickers.
There is concern over the current driving standards in England, so the Department of Transport have devised a scheme to identify poor and dangerous drivers.
This system will allow all road users to recognise the potentially hazardous and dangerous ones, or those with limited driving skills.
From the middle of May 2014 all those drivers who are found to be a potential hazard to other road users will be issued with a white flag, bearing a red cross. This flag clearly indicates their inability to drive properly.
These flags must be clipped to a door of the vehicle and be visible to all other drivers and pedestrians.
Those drivers who have shown particularly poor driving skills will have to display two flags, one on each side of the vehicle to indicate an even greater lack of skill and limited driving intelligence.
Thank you for your co-operation.

Well I’ve stuck my England number plate in the windscreen. Ok it’s tat and a bit chavvy but du know what ■■■■ it for all it’s bad points I ■■■■■■■ love my country and I still believe!.
tango boy:
We’re going to score 1 less than you ENGLAND!!!
Got to laugh at all those who’ve taken holidays and wasted £1000s on travelling half way across the world when it was obvious what the outcome would be. Anyway, buy one get 5 free on England tat in Sainsbury’s tomorrow.
same here mate. Got to pray italy beat Uruguay for us to have any chance of getting through now and even then its on goal difference.
The problem with goal difference is we can’t bloody score! Should of put lambert on at half time he can poach a goal from nothing. I wouldn’t mind loosing as much if I watched 11 players play for that shirt and show a bit of respect for it but sloppy balls half arsed runs and little desire boil my ■■■■.

Players paid £100000+ a week and they need to rely on someone else? There were 2 middle aged men trussed up in the latest England con, sorry football kit (looked hilarious with their names on the back ) in the pub earlier. I’d love to see their faces now. No doubt they’ll do what many England fans do, get ■■■■■■ up and cause a public nuisance now it’s all over.
Which it is. Accept it.
Oh who the [zb] is Andros Townsend? The product of a chance encounter between Lewis Hamilton and Ashley Cole?
