Had Cats for years & I would say there the best , they do take some wearing in ! then there like slippers & last a good couple/few years, they are expensive but if you breakdown how much it cost to have comfortable boots over the year/s it’s not that bad, considering there the footwear you wear more than anything in your wardrobe, so if you pay £60 on a pair of Nikes that you only wear on your rest days, paying a bit more to wear good boots 5/6 days a week makes sense.
I did buy a pair of dewalt boots that were similar to Cats but they refused to breaking in so I sold them on eBay , but saying that I bought a pair of dewalt Chicago because I liked the look of them plus work was able to get a good discount from Arcos & there superb ! Very comfortable from the word go, but I’ve only had them a few weeks !

try haix they are what the uk fire brigade wear they do all sorts long lengh short length fire resistant chemical resistant if thats what you wont serious boots but also serious dollarHaix Airpower X11 Mid S3 Gore-Tex Waterproof Safety Boots these are ment to be good
