Thanks all, no worries, im going to take it very easy! But it’ll be a bit boring this first week, cant even go out of the house.

Blimey it is going to be a bit boring and a bit of a shock to the system.

Maybe you should take a sleeping bag and a wee gas cooker and sleep in the shed for 3 or 4 nights a week, you know a confined space and not that comnfortable so it will be a little like work and wean you off it gently? Maybe your wife could come and knock on the door and charge you £10 for parking yourself there. :wink: :smiley: :smiley: :smiley:

Get well soon mal father in law had all heart stuff done a while back he is better now than ever. And a dust cart driver i know had a heart attack he is back at work now so keep agood light old boy. :smiley:

sorry to hear that mal,i echo what everyone else has said a speedy recovery to you.please take it easy mal,never mind about the work or tramping.your 1st priority is your goodself and your family.i hope the op goes very well and i know plenty of lads that have had this op and are fighting fit,but a couple of them where hgv drivers mal and sorry to say they lost there licence,but as they see it life is to short to worry about a licence.hope it all works out for you,good luck :wink: :wink:
