You’d need a pole, or a long handled brush, to clean the ceiling

I know the immigrants will often do the jobs others don’t want to, BUT … think the Pole might get fed up with being used to clean the ceiling

Cant get enough of them to be honest! Its in my blood! My dad and grandfather were traders, with a rather large company in the 80’s when i was a kid! And my mums side were into big plant, construction, building roads etc. I find people wierd that arent into them! You like big engines?
Here’s a BIG engine!
Work in the rail industry so I see my fair share of em.
0holy cr*p!!! thats huge!

I’m not a driver but I work for a parcel company and I’m involved in the transport side, hence the reason I signed up here.
There’s a female driver for our Leeds depot who’s a better driver than most of the male drivers employed by the company.
goes without saying that she would be…
well we have one women at our place. the longest serving driver and guess what…she’s fffing useless.
just a few things-
she wont go anywhere tight
she doesnt do nights out (we all do one now and then if they are short)
she cant reverse for ■■■■■■ lost count of times she’s had to jump out and let someone reverse for her
all she does is ■■■■■ about other people and how hard she works
she’s written off atleast 2 trucks that i know of + quite a few damages
but apparently she’s the best driver we have becuase she gets the best MPG (probably becuase she cant do any runs that arent down the motorway)
oh and she’s be driving for atleast 15 years…

+1 the main reason as to why women have 3 more brain cells than a cow,is so they don’t crap themselves while doing the dishes
Your still living in the 80s dieseldog

yep…timewarp or not, best laugh ive had in a week was the statement by the paramilitary(pondlife) that electricity meter readers coming into Craigavon would be targeted and marked,( assaulted,or buried) hence basically stating that most in that area have their meters tanned…just pure class
Women drivers are slower and less accurate however when it comes to driving they are more safer. Besides, I’ve seen a lot of people having a bad driving habits out there and honestly, I find it more attractive whenever I see a women who drives a car. Apparently, a recent study by the University of Michigan’s Transportation Research Bureau asserts that there are more licensed girl drivers than men in the U.S. This reverses a gender gap that has existed when driving for a long time, notes the AP. Experts claim that the driver’s license shift will have substantial influences on safety technology and economics.

And are you now going to tell us you haven’t met any blokes that are in the same catagorie I was on the lorries for 40yrs and came across a good few men who were just like that. Its like the barrel o apples there might be the odd bad one.
Any lady drivers I knew were generally very good at their job. Eddie.
knew a bad apple the erfguy. at asda she ‘couldnt’ open the curtains due to ‘womens issues’ so was on perm trunks■■?
now call me old fashioned but after women fighting for years for equal rights to have someone unable to open curtains (not unload just open them) is wrong ( or as i suggested let her be paid a lower wage ).
still if you can get away with it why not.
and as for reversing agree i have seen as many blokes who cant reverse for ■■■■ as women.
Yep, I’m a girl too - a littl’un with no 5 o’clock shadow There’s a few female drivers at my place, all of them I’ve met are great people and great drivers. The other drivers & staff treat me the same as any other, and I wouldn’t expect it to be any other way - either positively or negatively. My other half is immensely proud & supportive as he works in the industry too. Yes it can be hard work when yer built like Olive Oil, battling load-bearing curtain sides in high winds, and shifting stuck curtain poles etc - but that’s what profanities & rubber mallets are for
I wanted to be a trucker 25 years ago so I went on a gov’t funded course, swapped to bus driving instead cos the industry was so mysogynistic back then, (happy to say that’s massively improved now) failed my test…
The drivers at my place help each other out when necessary, male or female - they’re generally a good bunch
