Its good watching/reading some of the fights, get a few laughs , learn/read about stuff i’ll never get to experience in my job. Sometimes the threads are boring so you don’t log on for a week or 2. Tell you one thing ive learned more from trucknet that i ever have with dcpc, people in work come to me like im some sort of expert but its just cause ive read about it on here

Do you remember through the 90s stuck in an accident, the CBs would be full of these ■■■■■■■■■ slagging each other off, well now they have found keyboards, and the airwaves are now a more civilised place to be…!
Now that I’m semi retired I dont get here as much as I used to, but nonetheless look in from time to time and get a lot of pleasure out of these visits, if I hated Trucknet I wouldn’t be here. You’ll always get a few ‘odd’ members but on the whole this is a good place

Hmmm, me too. Unfortunatley we have a lot of van drivers, 7.5 tonne drivers and them small lorry drivers stick their oar in like they know what they’re talking about. Then add into the mix some people who have never actually driven a truck but want to,school kids, just plain [zb] and the driver who’s been doing it for 6 months but its in his blood and he knows it inside out and it does make for a rather ecclectic mix. Its fun !!

Funniest thing I ever read about was Jessicas dad getting a huge plate of glass fall on him and disabling him, talk about karmamade my day.

mayby it,s because most of the members on here are the same idiots you have to listern to in rdc and truck stops.
