Who won't flash who in

Eddie sorbart won’t flash most of us in who i drive for why

Next thurs night I wont be flashing anyone because I am on my once a year supervision and it is against company policy

Otherwise whenever and whoever I feel like mainly depends on whether I am awake and concentrating

Fair play to you text mate

Who do you drive for Hendy?

Royal mail

I never flash Royal Mail in, never get a chance as they are always coming back over way too early.

^Theres your answer!!

And most rigids :imp:

90% of rigid tipper drivers are the worst for pulling in too early, and never saying thanks for anything.

I don’t flash anyone in…Wheels don’t turn long enough!

i don’t flash in prison vans.

Unless they’ve already cut in, I flash in just about anything (except private cars, as their drivers usually have no idea what I mean). There’s no effort involved, good manners cost nothing, and the vast majority of drivers show their appreciation, so I must be doing something right.

^^ This. Same with just about every HGV tbh. There’s no shame in leaving a long enough gap before pulling in so the driver behind doesn’t have to slow down to maintain a safe distance you know.

I get flashed in more often when I’m in an unrestriced 7.5 belting past at 70 than I do in a rigid creeping past at 0.1mph faster. Mind you, the bendy drivers do shun us mere class II drivers :grimacing:

Do you need a flash in with a 7.5?

knowles lads, they seem to cruise about at warp 10!

Sent from my Satellite phone using Tapatalk in the Amazon Rainforest!

most ■■■■■ are in, long b4 id have flashed in the first place…

The mob I work for say we should have a 6 to 8 second gap between us and the vehicle in front at speeds over 30mph.

I travel out of central london and up the M1, so no chance of that happening

Does anyone need a flash in? Just as easy to see the back of an 26t as it is to see the back of a 7.5t. Same view, just rear of the vehicle is further away.

Travelling at 52mph it gets a bit tedious flasing every truck. Most drivers are capable of pulling in without a flash, however I will flash if they are lingering in the middle lane or if they are travelling at a speed really close to mine.

I must be the 10% then  I rarely overtake anyone unless they’re doing less than 80kmh on dcs and mways. I acknowledge people when I do by using my rear warning leds.
Scanias with cab wall light displays, transfers saying “v8 530” and “Super” in chrome don’t acknowledge anyone.
