Hiya…yes john pointons cheddleton…that company most likley makes more profit for its size than
many huge companies. another thing it’ll be still working many years from now. it used to belong
to gilberts years ago. it was a small concern then but it must go back 70 years or more.
i think pointons have well over 100 units and maybe double that amount of trailers, plus skip lorries.

i go in there quite a bit and thank god i pick up the powdery stuff in a tanker. i can just about bare the smell( worse in the summer) and the flies, but i could,nt look at that all day.
good thing about the place is the lads on the gate are ace and the lads in the works are ok too.
