As for liveries, I like anything low key, with nice clean lines. I think Reed Bordalls trucks look A++++

Without doubt the most boring and dull scheme out there. White units and white reefer trailers (obviously) with black letteringā¦
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW that took them all of 5 minutes to knock up.

Bling, urrrghhhhhh. Suppose you like spots all over the place as well
.
Personally my fave truckās an unmarked one, but their you go

I like the traditional style of livery of Prestons of Pottoā¦
please note: liking the livery does not necessarily mean I have a particular fondness for the company
I agree, Corby Chilled is quite good. Spiers & Hartwell (Evesham) look quite striking, as well as MacFarlanes (Leeds) but you canāt beat the Scottish or Irish hauliers for professional looking paint jobs - some of them are really impressive!
PS Zorba, I was going to mention Bannisters (those are the ones with āBannisterā written either the side of the trailer)ā¦!
Traditional Livery with a sign written cab for me. H B Holt and sons
Some of the old Scotch firms with a bit o tartan to cover the rust.
And sometimes a fairly plain look, like Geoff Gilbert, Ian Parkinson, Ralphy Davis
I always used to like my unit and trailer for Fullers in Slough, Plain white cab with just the company name and logo and on the trailer a bloody great Cameleon all down the side, looked really good when they were new. Still see some of them on the M40.
Alfred Hymas, Woodhead Bros, Hill Bros (Wigan), Johnsons (Burscough), Turners (Hoole), W Baybutt (Burscough).
Iāll see if I can get some decent pictures of them posted.

Theyāre not toys - they are real vehicles some of which were photographed at Poplars Truckstop.
The photos have been modified using what appears to be the magnetic lassoo feature in Photoshop to seperate the foremost image and then soften the background. The technique is explained in this months PCPro magazine
