There must be some RDCs which are almost pleasurable to visit.
Mine is the ambient goods in at Co-op Andover. I’ve never been more than 1 hour, can wait in the cab, and the goods-in woman is helpful and polite.

NFT at Crick and Tilbury both get you tipped as quickly as possible and with minimal fuss usually no more than 30 minutes on the bay in either place shows it can be done.

Hatfield and Dordon. Usually in and out of both inside of an hour. You can sit in the cab too.

We don’t do much RDC stuff any more but I have backloaded into Bidvest Banbury a couple of times these last few weeks and can’t fault them, friendly and helpful security staff and pleasant goods-in and warehouse ops, not bad on turn around time either considering how busy they are at this time of year.
Usually in and out of any Aldi in 40 mins or less doing it self tip. Wish I could do it on my own at Tesco as well rather than the obligatory 3 hours in a waiting room.
Been a while since I was there, but ASDA Falkirk was always a good tip. Especially when they rejected two dozen turkey crowns on Christmas Eve. 
Dunelm stoke, back on bay, take tea and device to goods in, hand keys and paperwork in, sit in comfy sofa,check tnuk,then fall asleep, whoops there goes an 1hr, normally tipped by then.
Brakes Portbury. In and out pretty much, clear instruction. Might just have been lucky though.
Lidl Southampton aren’t bad either. Ok you too yourself but they’ll check while you go and don’t leave you hanging around for paperwork

But if you later for 31 minute or more that will be refused.
Where I work Asda Avonmouth they are supposed to have you going out the gate no more than an hour after you’ve come in through the gate and on the whole that seems the case but obviously hit and miss a bit this time of year, also you’re allowed to stay in your cab and keep your keys as we have wheel locks, you’re also welcome to use the canteen .
Asda,Grangemouth.Booked in straight away and usually tipped and away wthin a couple of hrs.

I’ll second that SB, I was in Tuesday morning, straight on bay, pleasant goods in lassie and clean,tidy reasonable food.
About 15+ years ago I used to love tipping frozen & chilled food at Lidl Weston-Super-Mare at 6am every weekday!
We collected their product from Belgium the previous day and then went straight to Lidl next morning and backed on ANY
empty bay without asking or waiting grabbed an electric fork truck and unloaded 33 Euro pallets… then had a nice bacon &
egg sandwich and a cuppa from the mobile snack van right there in there waiting area, collected paperwork then straight
home & done!
I often wondered if it’s changed for better or worse and if the tasty mobile snack van still on the premises these days?

and… did you ever tip at Sainsburys in Hackbridge London back in the day? 
I haven’t had a bad experience at Coca Cola Wakefield yet. I’m always straight in, drop, swap, and straight out. The few times I’ve live loaded I’ve been able to sit in the cab, keep my keys, and been loaded within 30 minutes. Also, the gatehouse staff are mostly all ok (at night).
