When did you pass your test?

Some members like to share their achievements in their signature. Whilst that is fine, is it really a good idea to show the world that it is possible to get your cat. c licence, and right through to full size juggernaut, in as little as three months?? From being barely able to drive a Micra, to have the paperwork to drive a 44ton killer truck…

Are any kittens going to get harmed in this thread? :open_mouth:

I actually grew up in the days when trucks were often driven by people who got their truck licence category by applying for it.Or later on others who could take their Class 1 and car test together at the same time with an artic. No person,or kittens, that I knew of were harmed by trucks then. :smiling_imp:

3 months? I got my Cat C just 4 weeks before my C+E.

I thought about going for my class1 for ages I finally made my mind up and got the money together in January 97 just as the law changed and you had to do class 2 first before going onto artics

I always think truck driving is a bit like brain surgery: any fool can do it.

But if youre involved with either, Ill bet you`d rather it was an expert doing it.

(P.S. Full motorcycle licence at 16, car at 17, HGV 1 at 21.)
