Bloody hell, I agree with him.

Its about time the government ( by and large a bunch of pizz heads themselves ) made the drink driving limit zero …
Why, so they can also punish those who are responsible drinkers?
boredwivdrivin:
And ensured commercial drivers are breathalised at work twice a week .
Why, do a large proportion of commercial drivers contribute to the drink driving stats…■■?
boredwivdrivin:
In 20 odd years of commercial driving i have never been breathalised…Not once .
Have done 2 drug tests , both with wincanton .

That won’t work as the body has a % of alchol in to start with
And ensured commercial drivers are breathalised at work twice a week .
Also some people can intake a lot more alcohol than others a test was done by the police ( it was them drinking to find out ) 1 of them had a meal with quite a lot of alcohol next day they were taken bets on him much over / user the limit he was & yep he was well under they were all suprised by this
But to extent I do agree zero tolerance then we all know

0 Tolerance on drink driving. be it a glass or a bottle regardless of how well a person can hold their drink.
Regardless of a person’s tolerance levels, they must be a pretty desperate for a beer if they have to drink at work, maybe that suggests an ongoing problem. No apology from me I would always ‘grass’.
Bubble the daft sod…he’s obviously got no morals so sod him…

do you never drive to a nice country pub and have a pint with a nice lunch? clearly not. I enjoy it,and guess what,i’m perfectly capable of driving home again after a pint of beer and lunch lasting an hour or so.and legal too.
take your heads out of your bottoms gentlemen!!

I used to drink and i used to hold it down quite well might i add. (Despite it being against religion).
Everyone is different. U may think ur capable of driving after a pint and lunch… others think they are capable of 2 pints and lunch. Others more… whose to say what the limit is really?
Whether there is a limit or not…people will still do it…i agree. But imho if a person has bad a drink or even more… they shouldnt be driving. Simple as that however contovertial it may sound.
