if you cant tie a dolly or havent smashed your face in with the bit of scaffolding pole you used to clamp down a dwang and broken at least two fingers because your a wimp with no muscles then you shouldnt be sitting in the drivers seat…
cue the next post from someone asking…whats a dolly?
Who in their right mind would want to do roping and sheeting full time nowadays? I did it for a wee while in my youth and have taught it to others at one point as well.
I also drove low loaders for a while and used plenty chains and dwangs, something else I would never want to do again. So glad I spent most of my time on tankers.

From the Oxford dictionary - Dwang Evil [zb] [zb] thing…
Wonder how many on here are actually looking in the Oxford Dictionary for the word ‘Dwang’
I remember the 4’ pipe you used for leverage flying through the air like a ■■■■ ballistic missile if you let go before it got level with the dwang end, hoping it wasn’t going to hit somebody on it’s way down…

i wasnt the only wimp then?
at a last resort id sometimes find myself taking a leap from the trailer and end up dangling from the pole if it didnt go down past horizontal.
looks like jts has added another badge to his uniform with now being an ex chains and dwang instructor …christ,is there no end to the drivvle some people think will pass muster…laughable if it wasnt so pathetic…
one of my pet hates, just passed yer test and feel the the need to go on you tube and start preaching to everyone how to do the job…like “heres how to work a tacho”…use this app on yer fone to check if Coventry is where it should be on the map, blah blah blah……………………meantime the proper drivers have checked the truck, loaded up, got the paperwork ■■■■■■ off oot the gate , giving it big licks and already working out how far away it is to the reload………crack on driver !!!

Only thing laughable is you you big wazzock. Tell me why I would come on here and pretend to be a lorry driver? Oh yes, I did instruction as well. …WOWEE…so unbelievable it’s incredible,
Now if I said I used to do heart surgery you might seem normal for once.
you used to be an instructor??
why didnt you tell us before.
theres some saddos on here that remind us of that claim with virtually every post.
it wont be long before you end up with as many qualificatios as uktramp and his new nom de plumes.
just for the sake of amusement…what did the qualification on your badge say when you were a qualified chain and dwang instructor.
was it …qualified chain puller?? professional dwangker■■?
id believe heart sugeon just as easily as the rest of your condescendingly superior lifestyle claims.
you may or may not have been a lorry driver the same as everyone else in here, though your in the chester/tramp/damon group of being seen as just irritating trolls which by definition seems to justify your existence in here.
it passes the time now and then but mostly now that we seem to have seen the demise of trampydamon ect for a while ,then if its yourself, chester, dozy ect, then when you look at the topic and see who just posted you cant help having a fleeting thought of ( christ no,here we go again, what pish is this trolling bucket of whale omlette spouting about this time)?
i wonder if anyone has similar thoughts,or is it only me again?

Yes I have mentioned it before but the only reason I mentioned it this time is because you came out with a childish comment. It seems you even miss read what I wrote.
Maybe you have a big dislike of instructors, I really don’t know what your problem is.
If you don’t like my posts you don’t have to read them.
I don’t particularly agree with many of your posts but I don’t go on and on about it everytime I read one.

on,and on,and on and on…but you digress.
pray tell us the title on your dwanger instructor
Seeing as you are so interested let me put you straight. Many years ago I got a job as an LGV/PCV trainee instructor because I had plenty lorry driving experience.
After about 18 months training I sat my RTITB LGV instructors course which was tough but I passed. The company also did other courses which I became involved in.
CPC training (not DCPC) Forlklift training and testing, Tachograph training and LOADING AND LASHING courses which did not involve DWANGS.
