I havent seen any of steve66 previous posts until just now and ive just looked back so i do appologise to the man,thats why i had a confused look on the smiley at the end of the sentence,so be a good agency man and go sit by the phone and hope it rings so you can get a days work tmrw pal,prickā€¦

But on the plus side, I`m home every night and usually get a sleep in before heading to the gym prior to starting ā€œworkā€

Weekends off, donā€™t mind working Monday to Friday & the odd Saturday morning (1 in about 10) but leave the rest of my weekends alone & Iā€™m Happy.

Had 2 new tractors in 2 & a half years & mostly get left alone, money could be better but the house is paid for so its not an issue & itā€™s only about 3 miles from my house.
The whole lot could be managed a bit better, but itā€™s not my money ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  in the business so I donā€™t worry too much, just Plod on & do what they ask.

Oh & thereā€™s a Lady in the office who I keep having dreams about involving playing Naked Twister in a paddling pool covered in Baby Lotion.
Oops, better shut up now, before Lady V reads this.

Iā€™m not having a dig, but being paid correctly and on time for what you do is not something to like about a job. Itā€™s what theyā€™re legally obliged to do, is it not? :confused:
