What boots do you use for work

beetee07:
I wear dewalt steel toe boots have found them to keep the feet warm and so far dry in rain and snow last year.
But most of all comfy to wear all day.

You’re absolutely correct in that assesment, my company supplies the same boot, and I find them well comfy.

Dewalt boots are £39.99 in Costco with no Vat on, but only available in tan, ive got a pair and there really comfortable anyway. The magnums are what police and swat and craphats use I think so must be comfy too.

I use Timberland Pro myself, never had any issue with wearing for prolonged periods.

Same as this -

Although aim to pay around £40-50 in places like Macro / JTF etc.

Most of the police I worked with, myself included wore Magnums. Hefty price tag but well worth it and they last years. Totally waterproof and comfortable. Decent socks are best for keeping warm

What I can get to fit in my size atm Graffters find them better than my Dr Martens for work tbh

Dunlop Safety Boots from Sports Direct. Come in Tan, Black or Dark Brown. £30 a pair and very comfortable. Highly Recommended from me.

Dr. M’s for me.

However, when they need replacing I’ll be shopping around…Scewfix/Wickes/'net/Sports Direct etc…

Always a decent bargain to be had if you look!

Some £40 ones from Wickes for me. Decent quality, comfortable and the ones I went for dont look like working boots so if I visit somewhere after shift they dont look too silly

Wolverine from Arco. About eighty quid. Best boots I have ever had. Comfortable, warm, waterproof and look smart. Recommend without any hesitation.

These are on offer at the moment

Uvex Quatro II 8401/2 Safety Boot Arco £66.30

The most comfortable boot I’ve ever had. Steel toe caps but relatively light. They have got gel pads for your heel and the ball of your foot, last for years. I had my last one’s for nearly three years, still water proof, only changed them because they gave me a new pair. I still use the old ones for walking the dog.

Only thing is you can’t just kick them off and jump on the bunk

I use these i find them great…

Jeez, says they’re £23 now on the web site, they look well too, I may buy a pair just to look at till my ones run out!

philip flops lol

rigger boots in winter for me

Caterpillar there a bit more expensive but will out last the others by a few years

Now that I’m in an auto and don’t have to worry about the clutch pedal
I find Stiletto leather thigh boots work well for me.
But I’m still searching for some with steel toe caps…
