Aye,she’s a cracker Harry.I wonder if it’s ex Harold Wood with that West Riding reg.

hiya,
Chris does the exhaust say it may have been an ex tanker and Woody had plenty of them, when their motors were renewed i seem to remember that the tanks was refurbished and fitted to the replacement so maybe the retiring machine was sold on/ part ex’d as chassis cab only and the new owner fitted it out to suit his own specification.

Another pic of Jet’s Foden parked in the yard.

Backend view of the loaded Foden, wouldn’t mind the money what that load would be worth nowadays.

Hi Mark,
Sorry to here you fella’s have got accident damage, used to go to Mike’s dad Chris for CB repairs a few years ago when he lived in Clee Hill village,he was one of the best around at fixing them. Haven’t seen many of yours around for a while.
The rates up this way are’nt good as you probably know, they have had loads of work up until recently, but that’s no good if the rate isn’t decent. Will have a ride up your way earlier in the day sometime and get some pics.
Cheers Dave.

Hi Dave,
Got it right with the big chap on the left, remember John Davies on for Gwynne Bowen, used to see the lorry parked on the side of the main road, just before the Bucknell turn, also spoke to him most days on the CB when he was on Pontrilas with John Powell and Clive Mapp.
Cheers Dave.
