Lovely picture Pete , Owens having been going for donkeys years , there depot is by the old canal .and they had barges themselves when the canal was open .
Owens did coal out of the Potteries coalfield as well as S wales , and im pretty sure one of there old Fodens ended up with sharples down at eardisley , thank you Trevor .

J S Evans had green coloured lorries artics and rigids i remember they used to come to Albion Concrete in Llangadog i think they were also some kind og merchants i can not recall the name of the driver that used to come to Albion

Hello pete , onceagain lovely pictures , Good to see that Owens are still going , am i right in thinking that they are trying to restore the Monty canal in Pant and Llanymynech . They are also restoring the old railway and is open at LLynclys , thank you pete again Trevor .
