Thanks for posting the pics,excellent as usual. N R Evans as you say seem to be increasing their fleet numbers and depots. I see a lot of theirs on the Leominster to Brecon road,as well as on the A49.

I think they have several depots with over 200 artics and growing. I suppose they will keep growing,or get swallowed up by one of the bigger players.

I returned from my cousin’s last night (Sunday) and the only lorry I saw was a Scania with an empty timber trailer taking a short cut Southbound between Devil’s Bridge and Tregarron. Couldn’t get the camera out in time & it was pouring with rain. It struck me that a few years ago there would have been plenty of heavies coming out of mid Wales on a Sunday making an early start to the week.
