An old boy jumped out from behind this Bristol and said he had driven it out of Oldbury Depot. But to be fair to him, he said no I drove an identical one, as BRS had loads of them and then produced an album full of photo’s of the various BRS wagons he had driven, including circus animals which I think Harry Gill has said the same.

A lightweight Albion at Gaydon.

And two more.

Hi Dave, great photo’s mate. Looks as if it was a cracking show.
Thank Tracy for taking time to catch great images, lots of memories stirred up for many I am sure.

There was an article in one of the truck magazines about this Dodge, intresting story.

Hi Paul,
Yes there was an article in Heritage Commercials I think. I have the magazine whichever it was. I have known John Weaver since I was a kid.
Quite agree with Andrew, it was a great show, the biggest so far. I wouldn’t think they could get anymore vehicles on the site, also the weather was good.
Cheers Dave.
