That’s a tidy livery on a new motor, nice to see ! I hate driving about in a plain white motor, not even a name in small print anywhere.

More firms aren’t painting their vehicles these days Trev. I can see in a few years time that most of them will be white…All down to cost I suppose.
Cheers Dave.

We had been up to Gobowen.Got a few pics going up,but the sun wasn’t good then.Coming back there was a lot of reflection on the screen.I can’t recall your wagon, but I do notice most of them.I flashed the lights at Pat Hazel in his artic just above Church Stretton.Give us the lights next time we meet you.
Cheers Dave.

Now you know where the cab for the A-model Bedford came from!
These GMC I would imagine Casey. My old man had a new one in 1954.
Cheers Dave.
This Scania has the dish and a big eberspatcher on the roof. The driver clearly spends a lot of nights in the cab.

So did mine, but I think it was in 1953. There was a photo in the family archives (shoe box) with a load of mangels at one time but the old chap chucked the whole lot out when he went a bit loopy toward the end of his life. Did yours have the misfiring petrol engine or the Perkins?
