On his way from ■■■■■■■ to Stow on the Wold !!!
Thats a bit rough mate sticking shots of me and my Hoss’s up,now they’ll all know who I am and I’ll never get a “smell” at a bit 'O dodgy gear now!!! Nathan was going to let me park my Bow Top in his fron’t garden(and plug into his 'Lecky when I make my way to Stow, but he’s now withdrawn the “invitation” and I was looking forward to giving Callum a ride on one of my “baldy” mares, the one in the shafts pulling the bow top!! I’ll just have to trek into Wales now! Iv’e heard there might be some good pickings in Radnor, there’s a lot of sympathetic people live down that way—I said sympathetic not UN-sympathetic!!! Gid up lass c’mon there!!!

All of us Romanies are off to Stow on the Wold Horse Fair Dennis,if you could lend me a few quid.I will see if I can slap a hand and buy you a decent Horse.
Cheers Dave.
Decent horse!!! This is a shot of a “Decent” horse and the shot was taken at Appleby,'87,but not amongst the rubbing rags on the “Hill” but on the raceway Whit Saturday. The horse I’m stood by was my wife Anne’s "Dalestar"and he went on to win the final that day,and this was only his 3rd race lifetime!! Dennis. Another “Decent” horse ,this time my own “Dalechief” younger brother of Dalestar. This shot taken at TIR PRINCE raceway in Towyn after a big win we had in 1990,the bloke in the middle was a well known Swedish trainer who was staying with Peter Lee our driver stood to right!

One thing with our horses Chris they were “bomb proof” having been brought up among Big motors with noisey engines and air brakes ect,the only thing that none of them liked over the years was Yokels charging along towards them with front loader buckets in the air, must have been something from their past thousands of years previous!! must have thought it was a prehistoric monster or summat!!! Cheers Dennis.

Dealt with plenty of those when I drove tippers Dennis.I know all their tricks. There were some parking in a layby down the road about a mile from here, but a local Farmer got rid of them,he didn’t complain to them,he just got the muck spreader out and spread pigshit up and down the field right next to the hedge by the layby, they went away .
