Never drove a close coupled jobbie Dave but i dare bet they was a bit more sociable than the old drawbar combi’s would need ten minutes on the car park to get myself acclimatised that’s if i could climb in the cab.to start with.

That Merc has only got small wheels on Harry.I expect you would climb in bigger things than that if you wanted too.Don’t know much about wagon & drags Harry,all I’ve driven remotely comparable is a tractor with a four wheeled dray.

There used to be a chap off Timbernet that used to call at the snack van at Letton a couple of years ago.He was getting married for the third time,last time I saw him.
