Looks like another version of a Foden timber tractor,seen on a road run.

This ERF is a small lorry by Pickfords standards,not counting removal vehicles .Looks like a few modifications for carrying other vehicles.

Those brakes would take a bit of operating from the drivers seat does the job application form state the driver must have long arms.
