please call me stupid but im struggling to work out what he was trying to do or how hes ended up where he is.

I think he was attempting to screw it round.
I think he was doing a u turn after unloading ( looks like his load under the bridge, but it seems he never pulled forward enough before turning, and now his trailer is hooked under the barrier, if he reverses, hes liable to take his back wing and the lights off, maybe a forkie could give it a push, embarrassing or what.
