Does that mean that the next FULL WEEKLY REST in the example above must start at or prior to Sun 0000

I only said assume because that is all we can do given the information we have. The rest right at the start of the trivia question isn’t specified as to which week it is in, it might be the second rest period of that week so could be counted for either week. A rest period which begins in one week and ends in the next may be counted for either week but not both. Given a full history it wouldn’t be an assumption but based on the information at hand it can only be so.

if you want 45 off you would finish at sat 12 pm it does not matter how many shift you do cos you need a full rest and want to start at 9 am mon

Its immaterial how long your weekly break is now going to be, it could be a full weekly break or a reduced one. Forget trying to resume work after this weekly break, all we need to know is when is the next weekly break due, and why. There are constraints on weekly breaks?
