Weekend Parking NOLAN transport

glenman:
maybe it would be different if it was welsh nolan drivers :unamused:

Not at all!!! NOLANs used to have Welsh drivers in South Wales, but i believe they booted them in favour of cheaper alternatives a few years back.

A quote from a South Walian ex Nolan’s driver . 'A Welshman is just like a lightbulb, when one blows up,you just plug another one in!'This apparently was said to him on the phone when he had a go about something.

but you were saying that irish drivers got shafted by nolans for the eastern europeans :unamused: now it seems the irish drivers were getting done out of jobs by the welsh as well… :unamused:

Yeah but the Welsh are better drivers than both

yep give you that. the welsh do make great sheep drivers.

Bloody hell the man found his sense of humour!!!

that was just a statement of fact, someone else could perhaps add the humourous bits to welshman + sheep = …

Oops, he lost it again!

cant lose something you never had.

Very DRY but it’s there!

just trying to keep you on here and away from the phone so those nolan men can get a nights sleep.

should just bring this to your attention perhaps. :sunglasses:

Well Gaz mate, you admitted you should have approached this from a different angle namely lack of parking facility, but did you edit out the “reporting to the local council” bit from your original post because you now see the Nolans lads point of view (after slagging them off), or embarrasment or what■■?..just curious

mmm…interesting. thats a good spot there robroy,so the general make up of the initial whinge would look different to anybody just reading for the first time.

Exactly, I know the lad was big enough to admit he came across a bit heavy, but to repeat myself I couldn,t get it why a driver would even think of reporting another, for summet he very likeley regularly does himself, only because of lack of parking facilities in UK.

i dont get the nature of the winge, are you annoyed because you wanted to park up and there was no space or was it a general glance and assumed that they shouldnt be parking there, if theres no parking restrictions whats the beef maybe argos allow them to stay its bad enough joe public knocking on your door telling u were u can and carnt park now drivers are having a pop, reminds me of some of those butty vans who tell you its there layby, you havent tried parking round london then ■■

I did admit that i was wrong in how i approached it, and may have edited the post

But i still think that parking 15 wagons and dropping trailer on private land that isn’t your is a bit cheecky!

And as for me wanting to park in Holyhead, i live here!

And Parking in London, most weeks thanks!

Maybe i was in a bad mood yesterday and this just set me off on the wrong foot, we all have bad days!
