Eddie’s first time for refusing to drive a motor that had a litre and a half of wee in a bottle in it. Second time for refusing to drive a motor with a drivers door that wouldn’t open. Third time for refusing to drive with a collapsed seat.
Carlsberg for refusing to sign a whole heap of rules and regs.

Only once for me … agency asked me to go into Viamaster - I said no that’s multi drop crap, I have told you I’m not doing that. It’s fine they said its General Haulage class 1, 2 or 3 drops.
Gets to Viamaster sits through ■■■■■■■■ induction for an hour.
Get given keys to motor and paperwork, find said motor is a Daf LF. Look through paperwork to see 12 drops, 1 pallet at each one. Walks back to office and hands back keys and paper work, get a small amount of condescending abuse with bloke panicking about not getting his loads out, calmly explain exactly what I have been told versus what they want me to do and make my exit.
Frequently walking off site to this day, typically over load restraint issues.
Generally I turn up at client, get given truck keys, Trl etc.
I then find Trl has no restraints or restraints aren’t rated satisfactory to the load in question. I seek guidance from pointy shoe walloper, If no satisfactory result is gained I go home and agency pay me, it’s a licence to print money…
It’s then left for the agency to call one of those prolific TruckNet hero’s on here to then move said load no questions asked, no checking said load, seal etc.

somehow i dont think it will,not until his mam takes his battery away from him for stopping up too late.
When I left school I started a job hand rolling bits of chicken breast onto a tray ready for cooking…12 rows by 12 rows on a large tray and stood next to 3 middle aged women who when not gossiping was groping my ■■■■■■■■!! They wouldnt get away with that today. Anyway I lasted untill lunch break when I lamped the ■■■■■■ of a manager and put him on his arse and I was duly escorted from premises.
Only other time that I had a mad moment was when on tippers and had 20 tonne of sand for a building site and the paddy foreman that was giving me a hard time got his delivery tipped right on the gates of the site. I knew his digger driver had gone home for the day so i dont know how he got that lot shifted to get his car out and go home lol. I didnt get the sack but I had a word in my ear from the old skool boss at the time lolol

I was jack of all trades, but mostly driving a crane truck at a timber yard. Noticed I hadn’t been paid properly and gave the ■■■■ of an owner until the next morning to sort it out, he didn’t so I walked and left him standing there nearly crying about the eight drops he had to do. Idiot didn’t even have a truck licence. I went to the mob that handled this sort of crap (can’t remember the name) and he had to cough up over $700.00. Went bust not long after… him not me.

He got the sack a few weeks after he used to try anything to be akward.
A new manager came in proper old school who said on his first day .I am here to work with you lot no gossip no snitching any problems my office is open
Agency work mostly when i did drive lorrys/trucks.
Mostly because was told class 1 only to be presented with a class 2 multi drop.
The best one i remember was phone call at 6a.m with lass saying can you got to said place to do class one. Turned up on time 7.am and went to transport office and presented myself in good faahion. Only to be handed a clipboard that resembled the divinci code book.
Thought nothing of it got keys and looked for unit.
Seen a rigid with curtains hanging off it. Took the paperwork and keys back in and told office to ram it. Agency phoned begging for me to do the graft. Nope.
If they told me class 2 multi at the time i wouldve took it as it was cash.
