I think the “legal reasons” argument went out the window with your very biased (and one sided) postings so far.
Call anyone who used them “victims” and openly accuse think of dodging tax but now all of a sudden you wont post for legal reasons?

Anyone affected by the sharks of Think Accounting will know what myself, Jackron and others have posted to be true. People far more influencial than the likes of the Directors are now involved, so why is anyone on here going to give the game away? I think keeping ones powder dry is appropriate.

Thanks for the feed back lads just an update .i have managed to gain media attention on the think accounting scam if anybody else feels there a victim then email me on rontierney38@aol.com your story will be your voice and you should be heard… no use sitting there mopeing about it
Do something about it now while you have the chance… take no notice of judge rinder he knows [zb]… it hasnt just effected truckers theres also other trades ie oil rig workers. Big thank you to the lads thats akready emailed me

You dont need to actually ask my opinion, you did by default when you started a thread on a public forum.
You dont get to decide that only those who agree with you are allowed to comment.
If you dont want to post “due to legal reasons” then its not opinion, its fact that you are already down that rabbit hole with your previous posts.
Whatever the facts may be, and whatever you decipher them as, you accused them of fraud and tax evasion on an open, public forum. Thats not been proven in a court of law yet. Its a bit late now to worry about legal reasons.
Dont throw your toys out the pram just because Im not giving you the back slaps and praise you expect.

Snowman if you read the post when i first started the thread i have asked for anyone that has been effected by think to email me… before i even joined the forum i rang up trucknet and was advised by them on what i can post … im not that interested in what people post ie you should have known better ect… water of a duck… i could post alot of supporting evidence if i wanted as for the legal reasons it was for trucknets policies and nothing else… im not on here for a debate im here to help others whom have been shall we say misled

Theyre dodgy as ■■■■. HMRC must be aware as I had a request for aself assessment for 2015/2016 when I was strictly PAYE.

The gentleman checked back through my records, Saw Think/Igloo, saw I have been above board for my entire life bar 2 weeks on Self Employed with these and instantly sorted it out.

They are well known.

No Ron, I don’t have any experience of this mob but I am very curious as to what has been achieved, given that according to the other guy it’s now gone above Director level. Is Phillip Hammond involved yet?

I fear that you are being taken in by the media. I don’t know what you have been promised, but I do know how the media works and the mainstream types may well be telling you what you want to hear, but do not be surprised if they twist it into a stereotype ‘thick lorry drivers try to avoid paying their way and get found out’ number. I’m not saying that’s what you all are, but do not underestimate the ability of mainstream press to either get the wrong end of the stick or stab you in the back.

I’d dump any media involvement if I was you.

In cases such as this where someone has obviously turned you over surely the simplest solution is to turn up in a transit with a few mates and have a quiet word, not advocating violence but usually these sort of people will respond to a bit of pressure and if he is as dodgy as people say he is hardly likely to go the authorities and more likely to pay up to avoid the spotlight getting any brighter on him.

Hi olag i get what your saying about media attention… and i get the point of them trying to say thick lorry drivers ect…but this is what think accounting have proberly thought about us.
there is a photograph floating around somewere with lee wilson standing next to a lambo showing fingers and thanking the drivers for it…something he posted on facebook a while ago.
I feel quite confident in the task that is being done
Alls i can say is watch this space

Let Think’s solicitors take action, now that would be interesting. Let the sharks of Think waste their ill gotten gains being represented in a court of law. Ex clients have incriminating evidence in black and white of Think’s wrong doings, documents signed thus incriminating them. All evidence is there to be seen, not hear say, facts.

Just an update… since this campaign had started
Regarding victims of think accounting there has been some significant progress… a few lads have had their tax bills quashed…
Just out of curiosity, how many of you were encouraged by agencies to form ltd companies ect

I do know of one agency who do this because he told me he got £100 bonus for everyone that he introduces as a limited company
