just saw an advert for class 1 drivers for a waste recycling company,it says you must have experience [obviously]but then it says you must have excellent communication skills ,a good knowledge of the uk and Europe,physically fit and a can do attitude,and for all this they pay £397 per week plus revenue bonus,hourly rate is £7.55,and £22 night out money,dont know about anyone else but I reckon that is rubbish for what they want from a prospective employee

Don’t work for that crap pay. And if the pay is so crap and you know the margins are so great then go get your own truck, get the work and pay someone better than what they’re offering. On the face of it the pay doesn’t look very good, but without knowing what the bonus is worth I don’t see how you can say it’s a bad wage.

Everyone was gonna agree and say yeah thats right its a disgrace? Your post is a total misnomer. You’re not advertising a “vacancy”, so i’ve no idea why you titled it that. You just want to complain to “anyone” about a job you are not applying for? The job is breaking no minimum wage laws, infact you’re not even certain what the actual wage might be as you do not say what the bonus is, nor the hours worked etc… But hey, its me thats to big for my boots ? Here try this, if i want to reply to a post then i’ll reply. Just like you can.
And on reflection, because i’m only human like you and i can take it when i’m wrong. You’re right, thats a crap wage, its terrible. No way should it be allowed. Its still a boring post though.

Dear Mike-C, if you click on your User Control Panel there is a tab called “Friends & Foe”. If you click on the “Foe” tab you can add the usernames of the members whose posts bore you, as seems to be the problem you’re having here.
