An RDC is an amazing place full of mystery and alluring females…normally a Michelin starred restaurant and 4* showering and relaxation facilities. Actually it is, although one that doesn’t require an ADR. If you have a spillage you instantly need to notify the emergency services because milk deoxygenates water and if it gets into a water course via drains etc it can kill all the fish.

Actually, if the quantities carried in a tanker spilled into a river its very harmful to the wildlife…
