Trucker Jays at it again

He drives like a yob. Anger seems a common theme

I think he’s positioned his attitude wrong as a newbie. I suspect he thinks to be seen as an experienced professionally minded HGV driver is to be aggressive and taking no nonsense. He’s wrong. They’re just called bellends.

Correct, him and ‘‘drivers’’ like him give the rest of us a bad name. I just give way and back off for cars nowadays, none of this keeping in, keeping out, blocking in ■■■■■■■■, and I get quite a lot of 'thank you ’ waves for doing so.
It aint worth raising your blood pressure about and you get a feeling of well being realising you are driving by example.

I suppose I am on a one man trucking based charm offensive, in fact I often think to myself I am just too ■■■■■■■ good to be true :sunglasses:

I’ve always had a bit of an odd (some would call it) habit that I try to give way to at least 20 people people a day whether that be letting people out of side streets, flashing buses out or even slowing to let pedestrians cross the road…I count them til I get to 20 then stop counting,it may seem an odd thing to do but I believe it stops me from rushing, keeps me a calm driver and improves the image of what people perceive us truckers as.
I know plenty of drivers who could benefit from my odd habit…“trucker” Jay being one.

whatever the short comings are of Jays driving (and I agree with many of the above comments) Who ever it is in that yellow car should be loosing their licence; brake checking a lorry is an extremely reckless thing to do, it puts many lives at risk. skidding / jacknife / loads shifting are all possibilities, and if any of those happen then many others peoples lives are put at risk, the clown in the yellow car is clearly having a go at the lorry driver, but he is also putting others that he has no quarrel with in great danger. It is about time the courts started removing peoples right to drive on a permanent basis.

I’ve just posted on his site/video whatever and I did call him some names, so let the fun begin.

No, don’t worry mate, none of us think that.

Watch the last 30 seconds of this, the lads a [zb] liability driving on the outside lane which is clearly not wide enough for 2 hgvs, not only once but twice then wonders why he gets his mirror bent back…prick

This guy (jay) is a liability. I cannot believe he actually films and posts this stuff.

Honestly !

I cannot believe that the utter balloon has over 7000 subscribers to his channel :open_mouth:

Why oh why would anyone deliberately two at a car with a lorry (then post it on youtube)■■? He’d be more suited to clearing tables in McDonalds than driving HGV’s for a living.

Evil8Beezle:
He’s not interested in being a professional driver, he’s a wannabe internet star…

From watching a bit more of that video, he doesn’t drive in a defensive manner or read developing situations.
I can’t help but wonder what his boss would make of his video’s, as I don’t think they would be impressed!

As well as being a complete p@@ck

What the ■■■■ is that monstrosity he has got for a duvet? It’s like one of those rugs you would find in front of a 3 bar fireplace in a house with Artex ceiling

Cheers for that Peter

Who needs to make mistakes when trucker jay makes them for us

That gombeen should be taken off the road. Full stop.

Without the editing. You can see Jay cutting up the yellow car first. Also looks like he brake checked him too.

Absolutely right, if you watch this in HD and full screen on a reasonable sized monitor you can clearly see the speed drop on the lorries speedometer as he cuts in front of the car.

I’ve asked Jay a couple of questions about this in the video comments, but I don’t expect a reply :frowning:

Just expect a video of a crying bearded bloke calling Trucknet posters bullies for daring to point out “baby newbie poor little” Jay drives like an aggressive imbecile that is bringing the industry into further disrepute by posting these antics on YouTube.

After watching this educational material, I am going to re evaluate my driving. Normally when I go through Stoke, I notice the gradually reducing angle of concrete to my near side, and then expect there to be an entry road.

I didn’t realise you were supposed to try and create as many collisions as possible. Small man/van syndrome.

God help us all if he ever gets to drive an artic!

He’s done at least one good video though, when he failed his class 1 for starters, “mornin’ tubbers” :unamused:

may sound harsh but he went from a Chef to the worlds leading expert and advice giver to “noobers” in a matter of a couple of weeks, I was genuinely relieved when he failed his C+E.

Oh no, now I’ve gone and dunnit, I’m now one of those terrible school yard bullies, crying on bed video incoming…

Wow, I expect this video to get pulled.

Which company does he work for?
