Might seem a daft question, but I’m happy to submit my answers as an employer. i can pretend to be one of the drivers. Not sure what i should put in the are you happy bit, though given that they tell me they are and they won’t leave I can take a guess. And there isn’t, unless I missed it, a space for things like our daily meal allowance and any other quirks to the pay structure.
That’s a good point, actually, but we’re too far down the line now to add it in…Maybe include it in one of the other areas where there’s an “other” option? To be honest the wretched thing took me so long to do I was worried no-one would be arsed to answer it if it got any longer, so there’ll inevitably be stuff like that which got missed.
Done!
Hope it made sense as I added bits, possibly too randomly

How can a trade magazine report on wages and working conditions if it doesn’t know how much people are being paid and what they’re having to do for their money? And how can it then go on to report whether things are improving or getting worse if it doesn’t know what they were like last year? The answer is obvious - it can’t.We’ve decided the only solution is to start doing an annual survey, and this seems like the most obvious place to start the ball rolling. The survey can be completely anonymous if you wish, but if you leave an email address (which we promise NOT to use for any other purpose) we’ll enter you into a draw to win £50-work of Amazon vouchers after the survey has closed.
A test run makes us think it should only take 10 minutes to complete the survey, but allow a bit more in case the questions aren’t clear. If you do discover a dodgy one, please post and I’ll go back in and try and sort it - this is the first time I’ve done one of these so I’d be very surprised if I haven’t muffed the job up at some point along the line!
The survey will run until Sunday 8th May, and I’ll get our family dog to fish a draw winner out of a bowl of biscuits on Monday 9th May.

No chance some things are still private.
Ive filled in the survey form. As a criticism, albeit a minor one, it may be skewed by being a self selecting input. So, those with higher pay will be more willing to take part? I don
t know any way around that though. I look forward to seeing the results.
Done but I also managed to miss the Email address here bit…cobblers . If I do somehow manage to win, I’m blowing it on car polish!
Done. But been driving artic for last week or so. But usually drive rigids. So based answers on my actual job. I.E class 2 multi drop.
All done
Done on closing day, hope I’m not too late.
