TRUCK & DRIVER WAGES SURVEY! - Win £50 in Amazon vouchers

Just for you Lucy ive done it.
Mainly because you used the phrase ‘muffed the job up’ in your opening post which made me giggle.

One small critique, Overtime- at my place a reasonable amount of overtime is expected but what reasonable means is anybodies guess. Apart from that a well put together survey with no visible muffs.

Done. If I win, vouchers or beer tokens please.

Done. No place to add email so if your dog picks me then pat him and send the money to charity.

Out of interest Lucy and before I start it…

Is this for PAYE drivers or Ltd/Self employed?
If it is then I assume its per charged amount?

Dont wish to skewer the results if its not.

Hmmm, good question. I’d say go for it because you’re still an “employed” driver in that you’re driving vehicles which don’t belong to you. Just make it clear on the form if/where appropriate.

Thanks Rik. In fairness that’s the crap form software which doesn’t let you make it clearer rather than my ■■■■ up…Honest! :grimacing:

Actually, yeah, why not? As long as the info is accurate it all helps build a picture.

Done. Wow it really puts things into perspective

No point winking at Rik, this is a T&D thing, not TruckNet… I’ve posted it in my capacity as “freelance/freeloading transport scribbler”, it’s pure luck that being Admin as a hangover from yesterday means I can abuse my position and “sticky” it! :stuck_out_tongue:  :grimacing: :sunglasses: :smiling_imp:

Thanks all, btw. Keep 'em coming. :grimacing:

In all seriousness thou, I have followed the lead of Alix776 and put the “self employed” and explained where needed

You certainly were :grimacing:

Don’t get Over Time, get Time Off In Lieu but then as it’s a Civil Service job we don’t want to waste the public’s money! :unamused:
Nice clean new vehicles and all come in one great colour - Green.

Might seem a daft question, but I’m happy to submit my answers as an employer. i can pretend to be one of the drivers. Not sure what i should put in the are you happy bit, though given that they tell me they are and they won’t leave I can take a guess.

And there isn’t, unless I missed it, a space for things like our daily meal allowance and any other quirks to the pay structure.

And if there were visible muffs you would be the first in line to flush them out I bet !
