Dartford crossing last week. Double (artic) charge as I was in Wagon + Drag.Was nothing to do with axles. Also got 2 fake £1 coins in a handful of change (expensive day). On return journey blocked toll booth (hazards on) demanding refund of dud coins (I tried paying with them but got rumbled). Moved when cops turned up.
