Dennis my man Im back home safe & sound, I had a great time at the L/C Doon The Toon, Met some Lads I new a long time ago It was absolutley enjoyable its a pity you couldnt have joined us Im sure you would have realley savoured what I & Old Harry had in our Hip Flasks The 55.7 went down a treat, & of course it was quite legal being bellow the 56.MPH Speed limit, Kevmac was delighted with the flavour, but he only had a sip as he was understarters orders for a function later on this evening, Ang had a taste of all three, & of course being an honest person said they all tasted supurb, Anyway Ive just finished my evening meal & Im feeling & bit tired (Not ■■■■■■ mind but Nearley ■■■■■■■ So I will have another 55.7 before I go to bed, & hopefully I will wake up in the morning & remember it all, Roll on the next Do, PS Bumper had some cracking Photos, he is a genious with the old camera, But So is Kevmac he took some to-night & will be posting them shortley, Regards Larry.

They’ve no chance at this particular time of year, and Ang will have been too shy to tell them, that she, along with many other Wives and partners have their own personal transport to “fly” about on !! Ang had probably left her trusty broomstick propped up behind the bar for a quick “take off” if “H” started to get a bit “fruity” so to to speak, well he is former master of the art of seduction (according to one or two Birds round Aldgate way).Cheers Dennis.

It was my first meeting and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Was nice to put names to faces. Looking forward to the xmas do.

Harry my man where R U Hiding, or have you been captured & confined to barracks, Never mind Im sure you are OK, Ive just opened a bottle of Aberlour I got at Morrisons to-day under 20 notes a bottle, It was a bargain I thought so Im savouring the single malt flavour right now, & its going down at bloody treat, Its one of the few pleasures I get in life , But Im not complaining mind my family look after me & my wife very well, In fact very well indeed , Hope you & your good lady are keeping well, Regards Larry.

That is where all the young’un hang out

There are much better places to drink in Toon with less hassle

Last count a few years back there were 52 pubs in the City Centre :unamused:

I was young went I ventured down the Big Market, I thought that there would have been more pubs in Newcastle. In those days Viv Graham was the top man in Newcastle and the night clubs I visited were Walkers and Tuxedo.
