Time for another Scottish Referendum?

In light of the falling oil prices, and the North Sea oil not being the cash cow it was, it’s time we English had a vote on whether we want to keep Scotland. Personally I’d rather give the country back to them than keep paying to keep them.

Tris, before people start laughing at you for talking like a ■■■■ give it a rest ffs !.. but in answer to your question …

Not to be overly picky but…this has what to do with truck driving? Post this sort of thing on your Facebook page!

Well DC disagrees with you. I think you really do not have much of a clue about anything. :unamused:

Yawn
More spouting of nonsense by someone who really doesnt have a clue what he’s talking about. Either that or what’s more likely is he has been knocking back the cider and is bored so he is posting rubbish online. Either way, he still looks like a chump

Your post says to me that hypocritical England wanted to keep Scotland alongside while oil prices were high but now they are considerably lower now and here comes the proof … the first 19 words of your post !! Don’t think you will ever make an MP ! :unamused:
Wonder why Cameron paid the surprise visit to Shetland days before the referendum and said no oil to the west of the Shetlands then after the referendum hey ho magically the biggest deposits are mysteriously discovered (again) ■■?, English politicians at there best, downright bloody liars !

Just last week Tris got flashed by a speed camera just north of the border … In possibly the most astonishing attempt ever in the history of the universe to get a speeding ticket voided, Tris is hoping Scotland will be annulled

However I have email Nicola of his disparaging remarks and she will personally handle Tris’s ticket and add a few noughts on for good measure … LOL

Alex the Salmon. Nicola the Sturgeon. What next? Fred the [zb]ing Fish Cake?

Cut 'em off I say. See how long they last in the frozen wastelands without their free prescriptions.

ApeFeatures, sometimes your retorts can be quite amusing, other times (like this one) just plain ridiculous, so please try harder as you are ruining your image

Disgusted by the lot of you.

We have free prescriptions, free education and so much more. You now ask for a referendum on whether you want us part of the UK? Bring it on.

I hope ‘Tris’ gets banned.

Looks like I’ve got another stalker. First the artist formerly known as Dan Punchard, now TruckNet’s resident drunken sailor.

Hahaha, Good, found your latest comment up to your normal standard. That’s better, but only a drunken sailor when Tosco do the £15 offers for a litre of Scotch, like now ! Cheers

Missed this one. Sorry and I have to agree.

ha ha you can almost taste the bitterness. The whole YES campaign was built around greedy Scots thinking they’d got all this oil and would be better off not sharing it. Now the boot is on the other foot and we are having to keep you I reckon it’s only fair that we decide in a referendum if we want to or not.

What’s so unreasonable about that?

Ironically the whole issue is based on the idea of an economic policy based on turning valuable oil reserves into worthless paper cash to keep Sturgeon’s Socialist dreams going but which just fuels inflation.Just like the Cons.Together with the hypocritical bs of saying that, like Cameron etc, she’s all about pandering to the bs ‘climate change’ agenda which would obviously mean leaving the stuff in the ground anyway.Which fits in with the similar impossible contradiction and hypocrisy of a so called ‘Nationalist’ Socialist. :unamused:

I’d agree yes we do need a proper Nationalist breakup of the UK.But one which doesn’t sell out to the bs Socialist and Green agendas of either flogging off the two nation’s energy supplies in the form of coal, gas and oil for worthless cash or leaving it in the ground. On that note Scotland can keep it’s share of the 'UK’s oil while we’ve got enough coal and gas and arguably oil reserves of our own.

I suppose if it saves us getting dragged into another war in the middle east, why not? :unamused:

As Hilary Benn has rightly said we’re already in a ‘war’ with the Islamic world. It’s just that, like Camoron, even he thinks that the enemy is only a few ‘bad’ Islamists and that upsetting the Russians,by trying to take out Assad, while supporting Saudi and Turkey, will fix it. :unamused:

Feel free to tell the Jihadists, that Scotland wishes to remain a neutral,‘multicultural’,nationalist, socialist, state  with a non Islamic/Christian majority. :unamused:

I trunk to 3 depots one in the South one in Yorkshire and one near Glasgow. Which is the best one ? The one near Glasgow, top lads they get you tipped in under a hour make you a brew and take time out for a chat. I don’t get that in the South. Scottish people are top.

That ought to be fun, Scots vs English, let me get popcorn, that’s even better then UK vs EU debate. :grimacing:
Whats next - clashes/civil war in Northern Ireland for its break up - independence - unification with Eire? :grimacing:
Wells anyone? :grimacing:

In the end England is independent country, out of EU and UK. Scotland, NI and Wells form the new UK of Scotland, Wells and Norther Ireland member of EU. And every Englishman will need visa to enter any of the states above, including mainland EU. Now that’s gonna be hilarious

Firstly it’s obvious that the UK can’t survive in an environment in which England goes for independence and decides to dump it .

As for a visa being required to travel to the EU we didn’t need a visa before 1973 so why now assuming we leave ?.

While assuming a breakup of the UK where’s the difference between that and the agreement between Norway and Sweden since October 1905 or the Irish Republic and the UK since December 1921 ?.
