Exactly the reason why i dont work for large firms.The problem is drivers take the ■■■■, ie sit on a bay for 3 hours then have a 45 down the road
but if they stop you 45 minutes a day, then that’s not taking the ■■■■.

I think agencies would be good as just emergency cover supply, but they are overgrown like a cancer…
