It’s a shame but (can work to your favour mind) uk police don’t understand trucks they see it as VOSA’s job though you get a few what think they know trucks but don’t have a clue (i.e ask for you to produce your tacho and look like you pee’d in there hands when you give them your Digicard and printout as there expecting a round paper disk)
It is a grey area mind
but most EU trucks have the bed net just pop that up and that counts in most EU country as a restraint system like a seat belt (yes i know its a yank truck its hard to find a picture of it.
