The problem is Tone is that these days there’s too many fathers who think like codge 123 that it’s that type of a crime just because an older bloke dares to go after a much younger bird than himself.But as I said there’s often a more sinister reason,as in Fritzl’s case, as to why any father would be possesive about his daughter when she’s old enough to make up her own mind about who she wants.It’s all part of the modern day PC bs.
to add my perspective on the issue of illegal immigrants just take alook at what i needed to do.
My wife is Russian. Non EU passport holder so we needed to get a 6 month spouce visa to allow her to come to the UK to get married. £680 plus filling in endless forms, showing the UKBA that i can support her because she is not allowed to work or claim benefits on this visa, A personal interview for her with the consulate in ST Petersburg which I flew out to attend at my own expense. she was granted the visa with no problems, but you still feel like a some sort of criminal.
After 6 months, during which time we were married, and I had to fully support her, we had to go through the whole procedure again, this time in birmingham, another £1000 for a 2 year visa, during which time she can work, but apart from the NHS, which has a reciprical arrangement with the russian "health service 
" , she is not entitled to any benefits, or assistance from public funds, after the first year, she was not entitled to drive on her russian licence, so i had to pay for driving lessons, and licence and test fees, plus an incredible amount on insurance for her to drive.
now, after 2 more years, we need to pay out another £1000, plus go through the rigmarole all over again, so that she can have permenant living visa, and even though we are married, and she has had the previous 2 visas, they can still send her back to russia just because some prat in the UKBA is having a bad day.
then in another 6 months we can apply for her british citizenship, which, youv’e guessed it, will cost more money. all in all it will have cost me in excess of £10000 by the time she has her UK passport, I’m not complaining about the costs etc, she is more than worth it, it is the principle of doing everything by the book and watching [zb]s coming in and twisting the laws to suit themselves, and at the tax payers expense makes my blood boil.
What we should have done, is sneak her into the back of a truck from calais, get her to claim political asylum on the grounds that she once looked sideways at a picture of vladimir Putin, and she fears for her life, and voila! we would have a council house, umemployment benefits etc.
A friend of mine applied recently for a tourist visa for his ukrainian girlfriend, so that she could come over for christmas, he has been to ukraine many times to visit her and her family, and wanted to introduce her to his family. She has a good job, no criminal record, and mother and a son in Ukraine, he is quite wealthy and can fully support her. they paid about £150 for the visa, which was rejected on the grounds of “insufficeient reason to return” she has a son, a job and a mother, surely thats reason to return. no refund on fees AND not allowed to apply for another UK visa for 10 YEARS!
My parents always taught me that honesty is the best policy, I’m beginning to doubt that now!

My wife is Thai, and we had to jump through all those hoops as well, she was also refused a uk visa 3 times at a cost of £500 a go even though I had lived in Thailand for 2 years and we had been married for 18 months. I ended up flying back to to uk and getting my local mp involved before they approved the visa. The reason for all the refusals was they didn’t believe we would stay together as husband and wife. Well that was 9 years ago and were still happily married. Shows what those pricks know.
Also when she wanted citizenship We had to pay for citizenship test at about £40 then £720 for the application and another £50 for a registrar to check our application. After this for British passport she had to go for a interview.
This country is a ■■■■■■■ joke. We’ve had to fight tooth and nail for years at massive cost to be together legally and then you get these ■■■■■ in the back of lorries coming here killing our children and getting away with it.
When I tell people about my experiences of having to remove illegals out the back of my lorry they ask if I feel sorry for them. The answer to that is no I ■■■■■■■ don’t!!!

That they are allowed to stay in the UK at all after smuggling themselves in is a joke in itself. As I understand it, the international law states that they are to be granted asylum in the first safe country they land in. Now considering that these scumbags travel across Europe by land, surely the first safe country would be Turkey, wouldn’t it?
So they are contravening the law by arriving in the UK in the first place, yet they are being allowed to stay and to live as though they were in their homelands.
I had to jump through hoops to be allowed to live here. I had to prove I could support myself, and I had to have a clean criminal record. Anything illegal could have got me deported. And Canada is part of the Commonwealth, still has the Queen as head of state…
But if any of you ever wonder why I left, this sort of thing was a part of it.

You can be sure that if we had a legal system which was based more on the old ‘eye for an eye’ doctrine, he would have got his scabby ■■■ back to Iraq PDQ.
As the post earlier says about doing things the legal way, it’s ■■■■ joke. You rent a house out and if they don’t pay the rent you are not supposed to do anything for 2 months, then you need to get a Court to issue an order to move the tenant. But with the court closures, that can take another 3 months, so the scum has had rent free living for 5 months before you can give them notice to move (but he’s no doubt had his rent money given to him by the social and spent it on himself). Sod that, the day after the rent is due, i work strictly on a no money, no home principle and dump their stuff. If they can afford a solicitor, they could have paid the rent. Externally glazed windows rock!
There is something very wrong with the legal system in this country where persistent offenders just don’t give a toss about the lenient penalties they receive as they haven’t got any money to pay fines and don’t intend getting jobs anyway so aren’t bothered about a criminal record.
On the other end of the spectrum you have decent, on the whole law abiding citizens with taxable jobs and some money who on the rare occasion they do transgress, the legal system finds it very easy to fine or sanction as they are fully taxed, insured, documented, can be found, turn up to court and are willing to co-operate fully and without making a fuss as they are bricking themselves about getting in to “bother” with the law.
I know the Saudis go a bit over the top but some tough justice would go a long way toward righting society in this country.
Introducing a licence to breed may be a good idea too. Some people should really, never, ever reproduce. Of course a joke but this country would be a much better place to live if only dedicated parents were allowed to have children.
I agree with almost everything being written here, and some of you may have read my essay on my views of the British alleged justice system when I had my battle with the drug dealer scum. I haven’t read the article as it seems an all to familiar case these days, and what is worse this scumbag probably won’t even do much more than 2 months!

I to, am of the left-wing persuasion, a bolshy, commie git, and I used to belong to the Labour Party when socialism wasn’t a dirty word. Been on marches against or in support of loads a things, from Vietnam to the Wapping dispute and the Miners’ strike, even got myself banned from France for a while for my TU activities, yes France! Mistakenly as it happened. Even got arrested a couple of times, Wapping.
However, as I have gotten older my views have become more and more reactionary, almost draconian. They’ll retire me next year whether I like it or not just to got me off of incapicity benefit, and yes, I am hooked into the Benefits system and still don’t know what I am or am not entitled to! Yet these people most of whom can’t speak the language, can’t read and write yet they know their way around all the benefits that are going, this does ■■■■ me off no end, worked all my life, get ill then bolloxed! At least I have contributed to the system with tax and NI, what have these people contributed? Zilch!
Obviously I can’t tar them all with the same brush but this is why the BNP is making heavy inroads into the areas where a lot of these asylum seekers live. Have to admit to even voting for them in a local and Euro election, 35 years ago would go on marches against Facism and the NF, now I am voting for them! Why? Because they were the only ones telling me what I wanted to hear.
If we are going to let the scum of Europe in then steralise them so they cannot beget yet more scum! Shades of Hitler and the bloody Nazis’ here I am ashamed to say, but I also belive this of our own home grown scum/thugs. They come from scum and begat more scum, because they see their parents thuggish, dole scrounging behaviour so this to them is the norm, no respect for their parents, the police, (though I myself have little or no respect for them), no respect for themselves each other, anything, or anybody else.
