Now anybody who’s read my posts here will realise I’m of the left leaning liberal viewpoint so I’m certainly not anti immigration but this is just shocking. He hit a girl, and left her dying under his car, he had no licence and he got four months in prison, yes FOUR months, and now he’s been granted asylum. Jesus Christ what a bloody shocking situation. You’d get the same amount of time inside for using a magnet. It fills me with rage.
What we must not forget is that in this country the perpetrator becomes the victim and immediately has to safeguard their own human rights.
Until we get a judicial system that take account of the actual victim, family and friends situation then this will continue.
The same principal applies in the cases of Denise Fergus and Frances Lawrence. They both lost loved ones to vicious thugs, but their human rights took second place to the scumbags that whinged that their human rights were being infringed.
I think it right to repeat the father of the dead girl’s comments. I agree with every word:
Mr Houston said: "What are the judges saying here? They are saying it doesn’t matter what you do when you come here, who you kill, what laws you break, as long as you have a child here you can stay?
“You work hard, play by the rules, pay your taxes and this is how you get treated. What does that say about politicians, our leaders and the legal system? It’s a joke.”
He added: "This man is a criminal, do we have no say who we allow in this country?
"He’s not a life-saving surgeon or a Nobel prize winner. He was a criminal before, a criminal now and he will continue being a criminal.
"The Human Rights Act is for everybody, not just asylum-seekers and terrorists.
“How can he say he’s deprived of his right to a family life? The only person deprived of a family life is me. Amy was my only family.”
“They are obsessed with the rights of others from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq. Where are my human rights?”
I read this in the paper today and its beyond belief, honestly if it had been my little girl he would not be breathing much longer and they could lock me up and throw away the key and i would’nt give a ■■■■, thats my opinion anyway
mutley:

And of course because you’re a hard working British born citizen. you’d get 20 years for it.
how pathetic these judges need to be removed from there position and sent back tp learn what really matters, by the way send him back to Kurdistan along with his new family either that of have him put before a new judge and jury to re convict him and if this happens give him 25years with out parole at least, that beggars belief,
He was due to be deported but won the right to stay in the UK in December 2009 after arguing that, because he now had two children since being freed from prison, he had a right to a family life under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act.
Idiots Should say take the kids the wife as well and ■■■■ off out of our country
Start to see this time and time again now where people kill on the Road and they get hardly any time, and of course a foreigner is gonna get less time then most
its just the way of the do gooders though, got to think of the poor mans human rights.
can just imagine jeremy vine show will have some hand wringer telling us that the immigrant has been persecuted in his own country and deserves a chance in this country. regardless of what he has done.
working british people are the scum in this country.
ps ive nothing against immigrants who come here and pull their weight and contribute to our country
Reading through the BBC link above, the one thing I noticed that stuck out a mile is that their were NO quotes from politician’s supporting the grieving father.
Presumably because they are all on the side of the poitically correct who have managed to make the indigenous population of this country third class citizens.
All are equal, but some are more equal than others!
Alex
it just shows how bad this country has become and ive said for a long time now that our judicial system is a joke and this only proves it even more,i feel so sorry for the little girls family that they have not even had justice for her unlawful death, maybe someone should post that news link on the EDL’s website maybe something might just happen to the nasty little foreign scroat…
Revenge is a dish best served cold. I would track this ■■■■ for a year or two then I would have the ■■■■ late one night down a dark alley and he would be put in a warehouse and slowly tortured.
The only winners here are the scumbags lawyers, bet they made a mint defending this guys right to stay, probrably funded by the taxpayer, don’t these people have any morals?
Well gents nothing more to add its all been said and i fully agree.Only one thing to add,if you notice its the same for people living here the criminals human rights are always before the victims.Time something was done but what short of taking the law into your own hands, bloody ridiculous state of affairs.
regards dave.
It absolutely beggars belief, its high time this Human Rights act was scrapped as it only safeguards the scum of our society, I imagine Tony Blair only bought this in to safeguard his ole womans future employment defending this bunch of low lifes
