I feel so bloody sorry for the dad, to have to turn off your daughters life support machine MUST make you feel like a murderer yourself and to then see the immigration folk give you a further kick in the balls would be more than I could take.
To be honest, I don’t think I would be able to wait that long anyway. If someone killed someone close to me by being drunk, reckless, poor driving standards (as in no bloody licence at all) or plain dicking about, I feel sure I would turn in to a full on Hannibal Lector and enjoy cutting them into one millimetre slices from the toes upwards and rubbing lime on the open flesh!
Incidentally, we had an Iraqi do pretty much the same in Swadlincote a few years back, not sure if she died, but he did a runner and had no licence, insurance etc.

The U.K. Border Agency seem to be deporting the cream and keeping the scum of society. I had friends in Crieff Perthshire who were deported back to the Argentine after being here for 8 years .Their son was born here,but they had to go.They both had Degrees and worked as supply teachers.They were church leaders who were well integrated in the local community.I think that their mistake was leading ordered lives from the same address making themselves easy to find.
I watched this on Granada Reports earlier it just proves what a joke this country is.If your non white English the system is scared to make an example of you and throw you out of the country because they are worried what the rest of the world thinks That dirtbag should have been kicked out,he has since been caurght for a fourth time driving. 
How many times does he have to do it before hes put down or kicked out

The UK border agency are apparently appealing this latest decision, they wanted to deport him, the courts over ruled it, perhaps these judges need to be put into a locked room with the father so he can dish out his own justice to those that have let him down
Any one remember canoe man and his wife ,they got 7 and 9 years fo an insurance fiddle £190000 I think it was they did not harm anyone but i just shows what is important in this country.That scum had quite a record and he has not finnished yet,we are the mugs of the world

If it was your daughter would you be so blasé about it. If it was my daughter i would try to stop it, at least he had the balls to stop it (no pun intended) and if any 57 yr old is giving a 17 old one that in my book is verging on peodophila. On the grounds of law it might be right but morally is so bloody wrong.

Cost me 35 grand to pay someone else to drive for me for a year and I sat on my arse watching daytime telly. I’d of rather have done 4 months inside if I could volunteer for solitary and of had my licence back after the 4 months…

I have granddaughters older than that, and they make up their own minds how they live their lives without parental interference. In the case cited, what do you think the relationship will be like twixt daughter and father for the rest of his life? All because he was personally affronted by her actions.

From signing the Lisbon Treaty onwards, UK Prime Ministers will always be impotent to do anything about it: Perhaps we’d be better employed lobbying our President Van Rumpuy?
Bearing in mind that the UK Government has to abide by the EU sponsored laws that enable this to happen, it effectively means that it isn’t the UK Government that perpetrates the utter nonsense which, in reality, the Damp (EU) Belgian Rag, Van Rumpy, ‘Presides’ over.
Those of us that voted either Labour, Liberal or Conservative perhaps ought to reflect on giving consent to the EU’s aims for embracing the diversity that shows every promise to continue fuelling the likes of this sickening situation well beyond our demise. Nice one, fellas!
