Back on my favourite music

My family only ate English food, there’s only me & my younger brother that will eat spicy….ish foods, the rest of them wouldn’t touch owt like that. I’d never eaten chilli or garlic growing up.

The latest job , years ago my girl came screaming down our stairs shouting Mouse , there’s a mouse , I thought don’t be stupid , looked , couldn’t see anything , a hour later cat walks into living room with said mouse in mouth , wife / daughter screaming :joy::joy:, only time I’ve said good lad not you little sod :joy::joy:.

Que this has started to appear , wife won’t change bedroom even though my girl left apx 8 yrs ago ( pink carpet :flushed_face:) , mrs recons mouse again , we’ve only had 1 in apx 20 yrs , and I’m sure the little sod would of got it by now , but I’m at a loss to explain where these bits are comming from , I’m thinking bed , maybe cover underneath , but can’t see anything , mystery , unless the little sod is tearing something up as he spends a lot of time up there , bedroom

If there’s no sign of mouse droppings, I’d definitely say it’s the cat clawing things. One of our cats brings mice into the house & lets the buggers go. Takes ages to find them. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Mice , my mate recons years ago he left his motorbike in the garage one winter to find when he took the cover all sorts of damage from mice , or so he said mice

So I was a bit apprehensive covering bike up , don’t like little sod in garage as no doubt he’d either break something or hurt himself , so set a trap ( chucked a bit of gluten free choc biscuit on it ) , I’m not sure if the mouse was in the garage , or biscuit attracted him , but he won’t be bothering the bike !!

Nb wife who screamed when little sod brought a mouse into living room called me cruel when she saw trap , anyway apologies to any Wokey / commie animal lovers on here

yes I looked for mouse dropping but no there not any , my moneys on trouble , I’ll catch him out !!

There’s never just a single mouse, they’re not solitary critters.

I know sdu, I did the trap in the garage a few years ago , thought I was going to fill the green bin up at one stage , unreal

Before we were married my MIL said to my future wife “we can’t choose your friends but we wish you would choose somebody else” . We’ve been married 65 years.

I called in on Mam this morning to make sure she’s keeping warm & was speaking to her neighbour on the way out, He was telling me he had his car nicked the other day via one of those keyless relay attacks.

I’ve just ordered a pair of those Faraday pouches off the eBay as they’re only 5 quid for a pair, peace of mind.

I know someone who had a mouse nest in the bottom of the fairing when his bike had been laid up for months.

I made a beef & sweet potato mild curry & rice for tea tonight, I nicked a couple of the missus potato wedgies as she won’t eat curry, so I made her a pan fried haddock fillet, potato wedgies & peas.

Gammon eggs n chips for me , loving the new inverter battery pack and it charges on 12v so dont take it home

Where’s the beans? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
