hiya,
It’s been so long since I had a drink Dave I would go tee-total if I thought
the Scottish whisky industry wouldn’t fold without my custom, although I
think Larry can keep them buoyant until my return.
thanks harry, long retired.
I’ve just had a couple for you, H, plus the odd one or two for myself. You can rest assured that I’m doing my best to help you out!

hiya,
Thank you ROF it’s good to know I have friends I can rely on to keep the show
on the road and no doubt Larry is doing his bit for the Scottish Whisky industry
tell you what “good buddy” good staff is hard to find these days, thank you.
thanks harry, long retired.

Rigsby man man I will certainly save some keep breathing malts for Harry & myself, Come on what the hell have us oldies got left to live for, Think about it then drink about it we are getting older by the minute, Whiskey , say a 25 year old bottled, stays the same regardless, Unlike us we get older regardless of how much we drink, We get older & hopefully live long drinking lives, Regards Larry.
Kingussie, that brings memories back to me, it’s many moons since I had a night out there,
a nice little place, like Gretna, Annan, Ecclefechan, Lockerbie, Abingdon, Moffat, Hamilton, and many more places I had the pleasure to stay at.

hiya,
Does that include me Dave if so will YOU tell the wife, I only bumped my knee
on the drinks trolley about an hour ago she was out of her chair and round the
corner of the room like a rat up a drainpipe, she thought I was helping myself.
thanks harry, long retired.
Mr Gill, while you are “indisposed” we don’t want you fretting about the lack of sales being suffered by you favourite distillery. Be assured, don’t worry, us fellas WILL MAKE SURE the sales figures are maintained…and we’ll sup your share. I finished my bottle of Laphroaig last evening so today I shall dispatch my staff to replenish supplies.
Stick with it, you’ll come out the other end fighting fit.

Norman good single malts don’t have fumes, They have nose twitching aromours, Which is quite different, Once sniffed they need to be savoured but only by sipping & swallowing ,In that order of course, Mind you that is my opinion only, Im just enjoying a Lochlomond 40 Volter, Very nice too, I will probabley have seconds or even thirds, Regards Larry. PS Ive had a hard day to-day so I need to relax & drink the malts.
a friend in scotland told me long ago , " you don’t drink good whiskey , you enjoy it " . i think that about sums it up larry , cheers , dave
