This was an old J reg lanquishing in our yard. Unfortunately i didn’t manage to muster up the time to save her.
Another one succumbed to the torch…
Is this one for sale its what am looking for to do up from scratch
You’ll need some good welding skills and detective skills to track it down and put it together again!

Those two could give up a few useable bits for a project there Fryske, almost to the point where that Leyland mixer could be restored itself?
The Scammell is v v rough and the Constructor is in bits now - I suspect!
This cab "lived " on the side of the road until recently near to Trapiche, Velez Malaga. I spotted it in 1991 when I passed, it was still there in 1997 when on holiday ( well before I moved here, just up the road) when I thought I’d better take a snap of it.
Albania? your having a “giraffe” aren’t you!!! Looks more like South Wales to me!!! and that looks very much like Welsh words on the side of that white motor!! Bewick.
what is sad is that these were once someones pride & joy , when they were shiney & new , & some look like they were parked up with little wrong but were never gone back to.
shame to see these workhorses bought & just forgotten about , they’ll stay till they rust where they lie , but in many cases , if you tried buying one , the ownwers would want a fortune for them !
on a farm near dorchester
thes next pics are from a comecial repair yard in cwmbran , the ownwer is also a scammel enthusiast
hopefully these will be done up
