He’s no longer a Prince……a bit like the singer ‘‘Prince’’ in fact about 20 yrs ago, he drew a symbol wore it round his neck and the media referred to him as ‘AFKAP’ (Artist formerly known as Prince) word on the street is Andrew’s symbol is in the shape of a ‘‘meat and 2 veg’’ and he too is now ‘AFKAP’…Andrew (formerly known as Prince) :joy:

It appears the the King can make his own rules about who does or doesn’t qualify as a Prince. All he does is write a Letter Patent. Who can be a prince or princess? • Debretts

Looks like there is a precedent for losing the rank. When Eddie Saxe-Coburg-Gotha was born he became Prince Edward. When his dad died he became King Edward,VIII. After his abdication he became the Duke of Windsor, so it seems he lost his Prince title.

I get a strange feeling of satisfaction that his downfall is complete. Born into privilege, and he abused it. He’ll never be short of a shilling or two, or a roof over his head, his family will rally round, but his downfall and disgrace are complete…and well deserved.

I heard the story going around when he walked into a room and kicked off cos nobody stood up (journos) he walked out and in again saying ’’We’ll try again I’m a Royal Family member and nobody stood up’'…that says everything you need to know about the pompous 2hat.
