Here is a picture of my truck (PX12RUA) parked up in Bulmans yard 2 days before it went on the road.
Here it is tipping at Ben Nevis Distillary at Fort William.

A seperate concern to the other gang David. They are owned by the Billington family who own Carrr’s of Billington and other companies. They have a lot of history on their website.
Cheers Dave.
Thanks for that Dave, it was a new name to me. Carrs Billington have a depot half a mile from here but no wagons are based there.

That lorry was up at Carlisle Commercials that other week. Got no photos of it but it was a new name to me until then.
Theres a lot of Carrs Billington lorries at Langwathby at their feed mill. Quite a few at their Kingstown, Carlisle feed mill too.
Mostly around here it seems to be Renaults, nealy all PX61 reg, along with DAF’s & Volvo’s.
They also have a few tankers based up this way. Quite smart, useally MAN TGM rigids or DAF CF artics.
Thankyou to Dave for this posts too.
Kindest regards

Found this old pic. My old Hinchcliffe motor, pulling an S&Y haulage of (Cambridge?) Trailer. I picked the trailer, loaded with carrots up in the yard at Carlisle for a 7 am tip in inverness. Bloody early start! Much to Peters dismay I got a puncture on that trailer while up in inverness!
Lots of organic carrots, tipping at the veg packers for marks and Spencers!
