Bill,
yes mate, i am still touring about, check out my Flickr site ( click on the ‘globe’ underneath my name on the left of this post <<<<< )
Sa Kaeo is in a part of Thailand that i rarely pass through, unless i am going to Cambodia in which case i use Poi Pet as the border crossing. But i shall endeavor to call in one day before you return to the UK.
Regards Steve.
Great pics have shared on FB,looking forward to more.
Good Thread this Bill great to see the different trucks and trailers. Eddie.
lots of gas tanks
Going by the state of the back end and trailer hitch o the Hino 6 wheeler I take it they don’t have a VOSA to bother about and 8 stud wheels on the front!!! wonder what the gross weight is. Eddie.
i will find out eddie.
timber transport
I like the tyres man they sure get their moneys worth out o them. And the air cooled fuel cap magic. Eddie.
Those pickups appear to have wider rear tyres, as if some effort has been made to accommodate the overloading. The cage-sided ones, carrying the blue things, also have some sort of structure between the chassis and the added-on bodywork. What is the payload of those things? Are the vehicle manufacturers aware of the loads/modifications?
Thanks Bill so they have quite a high gross on the drawbars and artics. The body styles on some o the pick-ups are interesting as well they can certainly pile em high. Eddie.
