How can you turn shop delivery into tramping it doesnt make sense. As for your wages i feel for you mate. I had a paycut last year and it wasnt just the money it was knowing that i was being ■■■■ on from a great height.
well i felt for the tesco drivers at middlewich when i first heard of the plans, i even gave them a bit of slack, i.e. not responding to the low blow they try to pull on stobart drivers, but 3 months on and they are all still playing silly buggers, it was not other stobart drivers that did anything, tesco sold you up the river, i dare say your attitude’s helped them with the decision.
by all means take your frustration out with management, but all those other stobart drivers did nothing to you, trying to run them over in the yard, pulling pins on trailers, smearing 5th wheel grease all over trailer…all effect the drivers, not the management.
so now your 90 are up, you’ll all be able to get a ten a penny job like stobarts elsewhere, or maybe your all mouth and will just stay where you are and continue to whine.

Mmmm very sensationalist NJDav !!! , “Trying to run Stobarts drivers over” do me a favour , ive worked at Middlewich for years you just have to get used to avoiding the shunters!! its a hazard of the job, it`s not just Stobart drivers they try to run down

And as for staying on and whining? why would i do that when i can bank my big redundancy cheque and then still earn more on the agency than ESL pay you! 
Seen in your previous posts that you dislike Tesco drivers, why dont you just get over it??

Tesco,Asda,Morrisons and Stobart have bought this country to its knees with their carving up of rates!

Quite agree koop, al this is just Tesco trying to make even more obscene profit on the backs of its workers and Stobarts helping them do their dirty work and chances are once the dirty work is complete Tesco will drop Stobarts just as quick as they dropped us at Middlewich.
And yes i also think that the “trying to run drivers down”, "pulling pins"and all that grease nonsense, is just another urban myth eh NJDav

Another urban myth is that stobarts have never made a profit on the transport side of the business, but have made millions from the storage side of the business…so maybe stobart is looking at the bigger picture…
…if stobarts could get the contract to run all the tesco RDC’s…
…Also another urban myth was, when edward was in charge, he bought a brand new ferrari every year with the profit from the spotters fan club

tescos actually stands for , taking eddie stobarts company over, cos thats whats happened albeit by the back door, stobarts used eastern european drivers at lichfield, recruited via a agency thats run by one of his dedicated subbys,
beware of being moved from depot to depot, stobarts moved two drivers from stakehill to hawleys lane, then they were informed that the contract only
covered them at stakehill, and that they were on a stobart contract now,
i.e. more hours per week, less pay per hour,
and this isnt done by eddie or tink, its done by guys who were once one of our
own, its known as climbing the career ladder,(mines on the central reservation on the m25)
i hope stobart take over thurrock i can take me pay of then …cos they will [zb] it up even more cos they are doing wot tesco say
