Well I was stuck at 30mph on the M6 Monday morning much to the annoyance of a class 1 driver who gave me a angry blast because he had to move into lane 2 to overtake 
.
The reason was my company had decide to fill the fuel tank with some sludge rather than diesel & my truck was slowly dieing, & I was just trying to make it to the next junction.
Unfortunately it didn’t.
Cue 4 hour wait for rescue

A horn should only be used when warning someone of danger, not to indicate your annoyance at a manner of driving.

horn was used too warn him, of the danger he is too himself, and those around him.
