Malc I remember Fleet and Stag I am sure when they started up the drivers came from Dawsons at least one did a blonde haired guy I think they called him Lenny but could tell a good tale met him a few times

Stag became known as City Tankers but we had another name that rhymed with it 
I think they started off doing the wax out of West Drayton

Malc that would fit in with what I can recall as the wax job was Dawsons so it would seem that they were started by someone from Dawsons who nicked their work and drivers or set up in competition should I have said
